“I am a fully qualified and very experienced Montessori Teacher, and have worked with the de Lacey team for more than 12 years! I started as a volunteer and then worked as a Montessori teacher, and now I have been manager of the nursery since it opened in 2017. I love working with children, helping them fulfil their potential and encourage them to be good representatives of the community when they grow up, helping them grow in confidence and at their own unique pace, valued as the individuals they are.”

“I am a level three practitioner, First Aider and leader of the Giraffes Group. I love to learn new things and working with children was, and still is, as new and exciting an experience for me as it is for them each day. Working in such a great nursery as de Lacey’s is like being with family and is a very supportive place to be.”
